Cultivating Students and Advancing with Honor - BNUBS MBA has Won Multiple Honors

Setting sail with determination, good news comes frequently. The MBA program in BNUBS began in 2007 and is one of the earliest programs approved for MBA program training by Chinese normal universities. Its aim is to cultivate high-level professional talents who are rich in humanistic and innovative spirit, have a global perspective and strategic vision, master modern management theories, methods and skills, have insight into the development laws of the Chinese market, and engage in business management work. In recent years, the project has been committed to promoting the integration of MBA education with Chinese characteristics, deepening the comprehensive reform of the MBA education and training system, improving the overall quality of independent talent training, exploring innovative development concepts and specific actions for MBA education in the new era, and constantly striving to do so with diligence and perseverance. In 2024, the project won multiple honors and achieved remarkable results.

The 12th Tencent Education · Business School and Professional Degree Education Development Forum won the "2024 High Quality Business Education Brand" award. Associate Dean Hu Conghui of our School was selected as the "2024 Outstanding Management Figure in Business Education" and invited to attend the forum and participate in roundtable discussions.

The 2024 China Business School Development Forum and Education Ceremony has been included in the "Top 100 MBA Programs of China Business Schools in 2024", and the Digital Enterprise Management MBA has won the "2024 China Business School Characteristic MBA Program Award".

The 16th China MBA Annual Conference and 2024 Business School Annual Ceremony was awarded the title of "Top 10 Featured Business Schools for MBA in China".

In the 2024 (22nd) "World/China's Most Influential MBA Rankings" jointly organized by World Management Group and World Entrepreneur Magazine, the Human Resources and Applied Psychology MBA program won the single major award of "China's Most Promising and Distinctive MBA Direction" in 2024.

Winning various awards is a long-term recognition and support from the organizers and various sectors of society for BNUBS. In the future, BNUBS will always uphold the mission of "Promoting business and culture to serve the nation and the world by creating knowledge and developing talents", practice the values of "inclusiveness, diversity, innovation, and responsibility", and continuously enhance the ability and practice of education to serve national strategic development.

The MBA program in BNUBS integrates the profound humanistic heritage and disciplinary advantages of the School, as well as the cross disciplinary advantages of the School's economics and management disciplines. It has formed a professional direction system with obvious advantages and distinctive features. The project has six training directions, namely digital enterprise management, finance and accounting, management consulting, education operation and management, human resource management and applied psychology, and cultural and creative industry management. After 17 years of development, the project has trained nearly 5000 master's students in business administration, receiving widespread attention both on and off campus, and continuously increasing brand awareness and influence.
