The digital economy is reshaping the map of the world economy and becoming the new driving force of China's economic growth. A magnificent new economic era is taking shape. How to understand the opportunities and challenges posed by emerging technologies? How should enterprises do a good job of digital transformation and change? What are the changes and innovations in economic theory and social development model?

Adhering to the mission of " Promoting business and culture to serve the nation and the world through creating knowledge and educating talents ", BNUBS will vigorously launch the "Series of lectures on the Frontier of Digital economy and Management" from September 2020. Through bringing together outstanding teachers, scientific researchers, entrepreneurs and government officials, the current development picture of digital economy and enterprise management will be displayed from the perspectives of economy, management, culture, technology and change. We would try to explain the connotation and law of this surging forward tide, and lead to the deeper thinking and practical promotion of China's economic development and enterprise reform and innovation in the new economic era.

Research Field: digital economy and management, state-owned enterprise reform, monopoly industry reform  

He is selected in the national ten million talent project and is awarded the honorary titles of young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions and advanced workers in Beijing, the special government allowance of the State Council. He has presided over major projects and key projects of the National Social Science Foundation, published 9 academic works and more than 160 papers. He won the third prize for outstanding achievements in Humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of education, the first prize for outstanding achievements in philosophy and social sciences of Beijing twice, and the paper prize of Jiang Yiwei academic fund for enterprise reform and development twice. His research achievements have received important instructions from central government.

The Associate Chief engineer of the Telecommunications Research Institute of the Ministry of Information Industry, the professor-level senior engineer

concurrently serving as a member of the Academic Committee and special researcher of the China Minsheng Research Institute, a professor of many universities.

He has engaged in scientific research and technical management for a long time. He began to engage in information and communication economics and policy research in 1982, served as a member of the national information technology and industrial policy drafting group, and was a member of the national S-863 high-tech planning core group. He was responsible for and participated in a number of major economic reform and development projects in the information and communication industry, and was rated as an expert enjoying the special allowance of the State Council in 1992

His representative works include Network Synergy Economics, New Telecommunications Economy Discussion, Network Bell Society - Public Rational Economic Revolution, Where China's Economy Is Going - Analysis Based on Information Economics and others.
